Business Bay was created to be the business center of Dubai, offering both residential and commercial property. Business Bay is well established but continues to expand with some areas still under construction. Once complete Business Bay will have more than 230 commercial and residential buildings covering more than 64 million square feet, making it a city within the city of Dubai. It stretches along a newly extended section of Dubai Creek, from Ras Al Khor to Sheikh Zayed Road.
Some of the buildings in Business Bay are simply outstanding, these include Vision Tower, Emirates Towers and The Boulevard. Executive Towers is another area within Business Bay consisting of 12 towers, which include a hotel, a commercial building, and the other 10 luxurious residential towers.
Socially there are boutiques, shopping malls, gourmet restaurants, and health clubs to enjoy. Business Bay Square area is popular with residents due to the high end properties available with stunning views of the Square. Business Bay attracts working professional and families of all nationalities because of its beautiful landscaped areas, pedestrian areas for jogging, walking, the fountains and Dubai Mall are also within walking distance.
Business Bay has excellent public transport links with its own Metro Station, it is strategically located near Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road making it ideal for commuting to Dubai Airport or other areas across Dubai. It benefits from being close to DIFC and Downtown which have a bustling business and social community.
