Dubai Marina
The largest man made marina that is prominent in the world. It is cleverly situated near the Interchange 5 on Shiekh Zayed Road. Its also accessible and close to the public transport specifically Nakheel Metro Station. The first phase of Dubai Marina comprises of six towers, three of which are named after precious stones, namely Murjan consisting of 37 storeys, Al Mass with 28 storeys and Fairooz which will have 20 storeys. The other three are named after Arabic scents; Mesk with 37 storeys, Yass 24 storeys and Anbar which will have 16 storeys. DM Towers are six freehold waterfront apartment towers located on the right corner of the southern shore of the Dubai Marina, which is located on Sheikh Zayed Road near the Dubai Media City and JLT.
