Garden Homes, Palm Jumeirah

Garden Homes are the smaller types of villas located on the fronds.
Most of them are 5,000 square feet(except 5 BR villas which are 500 sq ft larger) or unless custom redesigned.

The most popular is Atrium Entry type in Mediterranean style, while the most common is Central Rotunda.

With many variations from original Nakheel floor plan, nearly all Garden Homes have four bedroom,
separate living and dining room (but in many cases owner removed separating wall),
a large kitchen with central island, additional room downstairs which serves as a study or a guest bedroom,
two car garage and a maid's room large enough to accommodate a couple.
Additionally they also have, a laundry room, storage rooms (some have pantries), etc.

All villas on the Palm have a pool and an access to a private beach.
Top of the line finishes typically include: marble or ceramic flooring, granite counter tops,
